Jacqueline Skin + Aesthetics was founded by three generations of women brought together by a shared passion for care, connection, and empowering women to feel confident in their own skin. What began as a shared dream within a family became a vision to build something meaningful, lasting, and rooted in purpose. Each founder brings her own experience, strength, and perspective to the practice, united by a deep belief that beauty is personal, powerful, and worthy of intention.
The name “Jacqueline” is an homage to the matriarch of our family — Tammy and Tiffany’s mother, and Lauren’s grandmother — a woman who embodied grace, beauty, and strength both inside and out. She passed from breast cancer, a cause that remains deeply personal and close to our hearts.
She loved all things beauty, but more importantly, she loved people. Her warmth, resilience, and femininity inspire the foundation of this practice. Jacqueline Skin + Aesthetics was created to honor her life, her spirit, and the generations of women she continues to inspire.

Lauren Onslow
APRN, FNP-C, Co-founder
Lauren brings over 12 years of experience in the medical field and a lifelong passion for aesthetics. Founding Jacqueline Skin + Aesthetics is the realization of a long-held dream rooted in both clinical excellence and a natural aesthetic eye.
Born and raised in Murfreesboro, Lauren is deeply family-oriented and health-conscious. She is married, a mother of two toddlers (one daughter and one son), and a devoted dog mom. Her journey into aesthetics began with the pursuit of her nurse practitioner degree, driven by a desire to help women feel confident, empowered, and glowing at every stage of life.
Lauren is excited to combine her medical expertise with her passion for beauty to deliver results that feel natural, personalized, and confidence-building.
Tiffany Linebarger
BSN, RN, Co-founder
With 26 years of experience as a registered nurse, Tiffany brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate care to the practice. She is a mother of four (three sons and one daughter), a wife of 26 years, and a proud dog mom of two.
Originally from Florida, Tiffany has called Middle Tennessee home for the past 26 years. She believes deeply in aging gracefully and embracing beauty at every age. Her approach is thoughtful, balanced, and empowering, encouraging women to enhance what makes them uniquely beautiful while honoring their natural features.
Tiffany is excited to embrace the entrepreneurial spirit behind Jacqueline Skin + Aesthetics and to support women in feeling confident, comfortable, and radiant.
Tammy Holland
Practice Administrator
Tammy is the backbone of Jacqueline Skin + Aesthetics, bringing decades of leadership, organization, and heart to the practice. She is the mother of two (one daughter and one son) and a proud Mimi to three grandchildren. Married for 35 years, Tammy has successfully balanced a demanding professional career while raising a family for over 37 years.
She was raised in Florida and has lived in Murfreesboro for the past 27 years. On a deeply personal level, Tammy is a breast cancer survivor and an ongoing cancer fighter, a journey that brings profound meaning to the mission behind Jacqueline Skin + Aesthetics.
Her resilience, strength, and dedication shape the foundation of this practice, ensuring every detail is handled with care, intention, and compassion.
